Operation of the System
TY-701-3000L-06 is designed for long products. The machine integrates various functions to provide high-speed sealing automation. It features a front sealing blade and a side hot sealing wheel, each with independent temperature control. The sealing blades are designed with an arching shape to reduce dog-ears and save film. It includes safety protection, alarms, and no build-up or smoke during sealing. The machine is efficient, with easy operation and adjustment, high labor cost savings, and an extra pinch roller guide for better film control. The PLC control system includes two programs, and the speed range is adjustable from 1 to 12 PPM.
